This article refers to the process of starting a Task from the Task Details page of the Doppler Agent App. Once you have started the Task, the Task Details page allows you to easily keep track of your progress during a Service Drop-Off Appointment.
Starting a Task
1. In the Doppler Agent App, inside Task Details, you will see a bar across the bottom of the screen with a circle, arrows and the word Start.
2. Swipe the bar in the direction of the arrows to start the Task. The status at the top of your Task Details will change from Accepted to Started.
*Note: Only swipe the Action Bar when you are departing your current location. Starting the task will send a notification to the customer letting them know that you are en route.
