12.2 Pre-Drop-Off Agent Vehicle Inspection Form

This article walks you through the Arrival Actions that must be completed at the dealership before you start the Task of dropping off the vehicle to the customer. Also included are step-by-step instructions on how to fill out the Pre-Drop-Off Agent Vehicle Inspection Form.


Verifying the VIN


1. Once you have arrived at the dealership to pick up the vehicle for the Drop-Off Task, you will need to verify the VIN. In the Doppler Agent App, go to Task Details and scroll down to the section titled VIN. Verify that the VIN matches the VIN of the vehicle.

2. Before you begin the Task, you must complete the Pre-Drop-Off Agent Vehicle Inspection Form. In the Task Details, tap on the link in the Drive Dashboard section to launch the Survice Valet Dashboard.



3. In the Service Valet Dashboard, tap on the button that says Pre Drop-Off Agent Vehicle Inspection to launch the Form.



4. Fill out all fields of the Pre-Drop-Off Agent Vehicle Inspection Form and tap Finish to complete the Form.



a. - b. Enter the Dealership Representative's first and last names as specified.

c. Enter the make and model of the vehicle that you are picking up from the customer.



d. Enter only the last 6 digits of the vehicle's VIN.

e. Enter the mileage as shown on the vehicle's odometer.

f. Select the option that is closest to the vehicle's fuel level.



g. - j. Use your mobile device to capture and upload clear images as specified.

k. Answer yes if there is any visible damage to the exterior of the vehicle, none if there is not.



l. Enter a detailed description of any damage that you see to the exterior of the vehicle. If there is none, enter N/A.

m. - o. Use your mobile device to capture and upload clear pictures of each part of the vehicle as described.



p. Use your mobile device to capture and upload clear pictures of each part of the vehicle as described.

q. Check the interior of the vehicle and answer yes if there is any damage or none if there is no damage.

r. Enter in detail any damage that you found on the interior. If there is none, enter N/A.



s. - u. Use your mobile device to capture and upload clear pictures of any damage to the interior of the vehicle.

v. Select yes if the Dealership left anything in the vehicle. Select no if not.



w. If you answered yes to the previous question, enter the details here. If not, enter N/A.

x. If applicable, use your mobile device to capture and upload a picture to support the details you just entered.

y. Enter your name here.

z. Have the Dealership Representative sign here.



aa. Tap Finish when you have completed the Form.
