12.7 Agent Feedback Drop-Off Survey

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to fill out the Agent Feedback Drop-Off Survey.


Agent Feedback Drop-Off Survey


1. Once the vehicle has been dropped off to the customer and you have departed from the customer's location, you will need to fill out the Agent Feedback Drop-Off Survey. Go back to the Service Valet Dashboard in the Doppler Agent App and tap on the button that says Agent Feedback Drop-Off Survey to launch the Form.



2. Fill out all fields of the Form and tap on Finish when you are done.



*Note: All responses may be shared with the client and/or local dealer.





a. Select yes if you were on time to pick up the vehicle from the Dealership. Select no if not.

b. Select yes if the vehicle was ready when you arrived at the Dealership to pick it up. Select no if not.

c. If you received any feedback from the Dealership Representative regarding the vehicle, enter those details here.



d. Select yes if you were on time to drop the vehicle off to the customer's location. Select no if not.

e. Enter any details about what the customer liked about the service drop-off experience.

f. Was there anything that the customer wanted more information about? Enter those details here.




g. Enter the reasons why the customer decided to book a service pick-up.

h. Select the type of location where you dropped of the vehicle to the customer.




i. Select yes if the address provided in the Drive Agent App as the drop-off location was accurate. Select no if not.

j. Select the option closest to the time it took for the vehicle inspection to be completed.




k. If the customer gave any indication that he/she was not satisfied with the Service Drop-Off for any reason, enter those details here.

l. - o. Upload any pictures or videos that were taken.



p. Tap Finish when you have completed the Form.
