10.7 Conversational Post-Drive Survey

This article refers to the Conversational Post-Drive Survey that asks for the customer's feedback after the test drive. Step-by-step instructions on how to complete the survey are provided.


Conversational Post-Drive Survey


1. Once you have finished with the test drive, you will need to verbally administer the Post-Drive Survey to the customer. Go back to the Test Drive Dashboard and tap on the button that says Conversational Survey to launch the Survey.



2. Go through the entire Survey, recording all of the customer's responses accurately. Tap Finish when you have completed the Survey.



a. Enter any comments that the customer has about their overall experience.




b. Select yes if the customer is more likely to do business with a dealership that offers this type of test drive service. Select no if they are not.

c. Ask the customer to rate their ease of scheduling their driving experience and select the appropriate answer.



d. Select yes if the customer was able to reserve the vehicle of their choice for the test drive. Select no if not.

e. Ask the customer how satisfied they were with the days and times available for them to schedule their drive experience. Select the appropriate answer.




f. Ask the customer what they enjoyed most about the drive experience and select all answers that apply.

g. If the customer gave Other as an answer to the previous question, describe the reason in detail.

h. Enter the make and model of the customer's primary vehicle.




i. Tap Finish when you have completed the Form.
