3.20 Monitoring Forms

This article explains how to monitor and view Forms and Surveys that are submitted by the Agent for an Appointment. 


Accessing and Viewing Forms


1. In the Appointments page, click on the Appointment that you want to view the Forms for.



2. Click on the View Details button in bottom righthand corner of the popup to go to the Appointment Details page.




3. In the Appointment Details page, click on the Forms tab in the horizontal menu in the middle of the page to display  Forms. The Forms tab contains the following:




a.a. A dropdown menu that you can use to sort the data in the table
b.b. Form ID - A number that is automatically assigned to a Form when it is submitted 
c.c. Form Type - The name of the Form
d.d. Activity Type - The type of Activity that is related to the Form
e.e. Started - The time the Activity was started
f.f. Status - The status of the Activity
g.g. Action - The available action (i.e. click View to view each Form)
h.h. Page controls to navigate through pages
i.i. A dropdown that allows you to select how many rows will display per page


4. To view a specific Form, click the View button.
