Appointments | Admin Portal Tab containing all sales and or service appointments |
Campaigns | Admin Portal Tab containing all Campaigns which control all front-end Campaign UI, service areas, models supported, surveys, notifications and advanced settings |
Hubs | Admin Portal Tab containing all Hubs which control back-end and logistical parameters such as: physical addresses, inventory, timeslots, service area, and advanced settings |
Insights | Admin Portal Tab containing reporting and platform insights |
Settings | Admin Portal Tab for the creation and management of all brands, notifications, forms/surveys and service areas |
Users | Admin Portal Tab for the creation and management of all Users of the Platform |

Alerts | Admin Portal Icon used to alert Users to any conflicts associated to Appointments and Activities |
Appointment | An Appointment is a confirmed booking of a Sales or Service Pick-up or Drop-off by or for a customer |
Appointment Type | Depicts the Type of Appointment that has been confirmed: Service Pick-up, Service Drop-off, Test Drive or Sales Delivery |
Sales Delivery | An Activity Type where supporting the delivery of a purchased vehicle to the customer |
Service Pick-up | An Activity Type supporting the pick-up of a vehicle from a customer and the delivery of the vehicle to the Dealership for a Service Appointment |
Service Drop-off | An Activity Type supporting the return of a vehicle from a completed Service Appointment to the customer |
Test Drive | An Activity Type supporting the Test Drive of a New, Certified Pre-Owned or Used vehicle |
