| Appointment | An Appointment is a confirmed booking of a Sales or Service Pick-up or Drop-off by or for a customer |
| Appointment Type | Depicts the Type of Appointment that has been confirmed: Service Pick-up, Service Drop-off, Test Drive or Sales Delivery |
| Sales Delivery | An Activity Type where supporting the delivery of a purchased vehicle to the customer |
| Service Pick-up | An Activity Type supporting the pick-up of a vehicle from a customer and the delivery of the vehicle to the Dealership for a Service Appointment |
| Service Drop-off | An Activity Type supporting the return of a vehicle from a completed Service Appointment to the customer |
| Test Drive | An Activity Type supporting the Test Drive of a New, Certified Pre-Owned or Used vehicle |
