3.19 Monitoring Alerts

This article explains Monitoring Alerts and how to resolve them.


Monitoring Alerts


1. In the Status Tiles, located at the top of the Appointments pages, the last tile that says Attention indicates how many total Alerts or Conflicts currently exist. 



2. Click on any of the Appointments in the calendar and then click the View Details button in the popup to open the Appointment Details page.




3. In the Appointment Details page, you can access Alerts by clicking on the Alerts tab in the horizontal navigation bar in the middle of the page.



2. Use the dropdown menus above the table to change how the table data is sorted.



3. In the table you will see the following columns:



a.a. Alert ID - An ID that is automatically assigned to each Alert

b.b. Timestamp - The date and time that the Alert was received
c.c. Alert Type - The type of Alert that the details are related to
d.d. Description - A description of the reason for the Alert
e.e. Message - A message that provides more detail into the Alert
f.f. Action - The available Action (i.e. click Dismiss to dismiss the Alert)



Resolving Conflicts by Dismissing Alerts


4. In order to resolve Conflicts in the calendar, you will need to dismiss all of the Alerts for each Appointment. 


5. In the Appointment Details page, in the Alerts tab, click the Dismiss button next to each Alert to dismiss them.



6. You can also check the selection boxes next to the Alert IDs and click the Dismiss button that is located above the top right corner of the Alerts table.



7. Once you have dismissed the Alerts, the Attention tile on the Appointments page will update accordingly.
