There are several new and updated features in the Platform Version 3.0
New Features
Dispatch Card View:
- All-new view of appointments and appointment details
- Introduces Appointment Cards with rich appointment data
- Highly visible Alerts icons and hover over status for quick recognition and resolution of customer experience issues
Platform will default to calendar view. Click on the 6 dots (see arrow) next to the calendar to get to Card View:
Card View:
Appointments that have an Alert on them will appear in red. Hover over the red profile icon and you will see what action is needed on the appointment:
- Introduced for both Calendar and Card View
- Added a new Filter Builder interface to show the different Filter options to help in filtering appointment information. The new options include Campaigns, Hubs, Activity type, and Agent status.
- Added a new Sort by element to filter Card View appointments by Appointment ID, Customer Name, and Appointment Date (default land)

- Securely logs user out of Dispatch if the Appointment Builder is open and the user has been inactive for 45-minutes
Updated Features:
- New “Create” appointment floating button
- Updated filtering interface
- Updated Service icon
- Update “Alerts” icon
- Updated Activity Snapshot interface
- Moved Hub and Campaign drop downs to the new Advanced Filters menu
New "Create" Appointment floating button:
Click the floating button and the Tool icon will appear. Click on Tool icon to create a new appointment:
- Added ability to add Drop-off events for completed service pick-up activities
- Passes through all service pick-up details to drop-off appointment (customer information, vehicle information, hub, etc.) to drop-off appointment
Add Drop off:
- Fixed the problem of caching caused by incomplete/ un-submitted appointment details
- Fixed the Today button in calendar view in Service
