When creating an appointment the customer will automatically be opted into receiving SMS notifications. Notifications will include appointment details, when an appointment is updated, and when the Agent is en route to start the appointment.
Customer can OPT OUT of receiving SMS text notifications by replying "STOP"
Customer will receive confirmation that they have stopped notifications
Customer can opt back into receiving messages by texting "UNSTOP"
Now, customer will receive all future notifications, i.e appointment details being updated.
