Pick-up and drop-off appointments share the same appointment ID number, making them easily identifiable as a linked appointment. However, to display a unique status, Doppler uses the the most recent activity status.

Activity ID are identifiers linked to the Appointment ID, providing accurate status updates.
FAILED APPOINTMENTS
Failed appointments are when the Agent cancels the appointment while it is "in progress." This could happen because the customer is a no-show, there is a safety concern, the customer cancels during the appointment or various other edge cases. Failed appointments do not have a top level filter, however they are easily identified as a gray appointment with a black outline.
