3.3 Sales Appointments Dashboard Overview

This article provides an overview of the Sales Appointment Dashboard and all of its components. The Sales Appointment Dashboard allows users to easily manage Sales Test Drive Appointments. 


Sales Appointments Dashboard


1. The Sales Appointment Dashboard can be accessed from the vertical navigation bar on the left side of the page in the Doppler Platform.



2. The Dashboard contains the following features:



 The New Appointment button creates a New Appointment. Depending on access, you will see Test Drive and Second Delivery options.
Status Tiles that keep track of All, Booked, In Progress, Completed and Cancelled Sales Appointments. Also a Status Tile that shows any Appointment Conflicts
Buttons to change the focus highlight on the calendar display. The display will default with today's calendar highlighted but the Previous or Next buttons will move the highlight accordingly
A description of what view is currently being displayed in the calendar (Day, Week or Month)
Buttons to change the calendar view to display the Day, Week or Month
The calendar highlights the current day



3. The Appointment Summary appears by clicking any appointment in the calendar view:



k.  h. A summary of details pops up when an individual Appointment is clicked on the calendar
l.  l. The View Details button in the bottom right corner of the details popup opens the Sales Test Drive Appointment Details page where you can view all details of the Appointment, as well as edit or cancel the Appointment
