3.9 Service Appointments Dashboard Overview

This article provides an overview of the Service Appointment Dashboard and all of its components. The Service Appointment Dashboard allows users to easily manage both Service Pick-Up and Service Drop-Off Appointments.


Service Appointments Dashboard


1. The Service Appointment Dashboard can be accessed from the vertical navigation bar on the left side of the page in the Doppler Platform.



2. The Dashboard contains the following features:



a.
a. Search bar is used to search for a specific appointment by name or Appt ID that would be displayed in the week that is showing
b. 
b. Click Filters Button to see the filter options for the platform

Once you have selected the Filter Options, make sure to click Apply 

c. c. The Alert Button will filter your view so that you will only see the Appointments that need some sort of attention. Usually the appointment needs an Agent to accept the assignment or there is a missing email address.

d. d. Card View Option. Click on the icon with the 6 dots to switch to Card View.
e. e. Activity Snapshot. The dates across the top show you the week view that you are currently on.

You can also filter by appointment using the tiles. If you select Booked, you will only see the appointments that are Booked. If will filter out the the other types of appointments.

f. e. Buttons to change the focus highlight on the calendar display. The display will default with today's calendar highlighted but the Previous or Next buttons will move the highlight accordingly
g. f. A description of what view is currently being displayed in the calendar (Day, Week or Month)
h. g. Buttons to change the calendar view to display the Day, Week or Month
i. i. To Create a New Appointment, go to lower right hand of your screen to find the + button. Click on that to select what type of Appointment you would like to create
 Individual Appointment time slots can be clicked to display a summary of details



a. a. A summary of details pops up when an individual Appointment is clicked on the calendar
b.
b. The Add Drop-Off button in the details popup allows you to create a Service Drop-Off Appointment that will auto-populate with all of customer's information from the Service Pick-Up Appointment
c.
c. The View Details button in the bottom right corner of the details popup opens up the Service Pick-Up Appointment Details page where you can view all details of the Appointment, as well as edit or cancel the Appointment
