13.1 Agent Dashboard

Quick Facts:

  1. Users will still access the Agent Dashboard by clicking the DriveDashboard link from in the Doppler Agent App appointment.
  2. When the dashboard link is clicked, this will open the Agent Dashboard in a browser tab on the user’s device
  3. A one-time password will be sent to the user’s email address and mobile phone 
  4. Users will need to enter this code to access the Agent Dashboard appointment information

 

IMPORTANT – Agents still need to swipe Start, Arrived, and Successful in the Doppler Agent App to trigger notifications and complete appointments.



ACCESSING THE DASHBOARD

  • To access the Agent Dashboard click the link in the Doppler Agent App under "DriveDashboard" highlighted in red.
  • When the Dashboard link is clicked, this will open the Agent Dashboard in a browser tab on the user’s device

   


  • A one-time password will be sent to the user’s email address and mobile phone. 
  • Users will need to enter this code to access the Agent Dashboard appointment information and click "Verify".



  • The User verification code is valid for 5 minutes.
  • If the verification code expires click 'Resend Code" to request a new code.



  • Once the user has successfully opened the Agent Dashboard, the user will find a series of guided tasks to complete.




USING THE AGENT DASHBOARD


The first task to complete is "Agent Depart"

  • Once the user has swiped "Start" in the Doppler Agent App, the user should click "Yes".



  • In the Agent Depart task the user will be given a "time to departure" seen below in red.
  • This will show the time to depart from the dealership.

 


  • Once the user has completed a task it will be highlighted in green with a check mark at the top right of the task.


The second task to complete is "Confirm arrival"

  • Once the user has arrived at the customers designated pickup location and has swiped "arrived" in the Doppler Agent App, the user should click "Yes".




The third task to complete is "Confirm VIN"

  • The user will confirm that the correct VIN is listed for the vehicle.
  • If the vehicles VIN matches what is listed, the user should click "Confirm".



  • If the VIN listed does not match the vehicle VIN, the user should click "update"



  • The user can then enter the correct 17 digit VIN and click "update"
  • Once the user has updated the VIN, the user should click "confirm" to complete the task.




The fourth task to complete is "Customer Vehicle Inspection"

  • The user should click "Open Form" which will take the user to the "Customer Vehicle Inspection form".
  • In this form the user should inspect and notate the condition of the vehicle, any existing damage to the vehicle, as well as any personal items left in the vehicle.




The fifth task to complete is "Dealer Vehicle Inspection"

  • This task is the same as the previous task only it will be completed once the user has arrived at the dealer's location.
  • The user will click "Open Form" and complete Post Pick up Form.




The sixth task to complete is "Complete Agent Report"

  • The user should click "Open form".
  • In the agent Report the user can notate any comments or concerns from the customer or the user themselves.




The seventh and final task to complete is "Complete Appointment"

  • The user should click "Yes" once the user has swiped "Successful" in the Doppler Agent App.




RESOURCES & CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT

  • If the user is experiencing any issues with the service pickup, they can contact Doppler Support  by Call, Text, or email listed under "Resources".
  • If for any reason the user needs to cancel the appointment, they should click the "Cancel Appointment" button also listed under "Resources".




  • Once the user has clicked "Cancel Appointment", the user should then select the Reason for the cancelation as well as list any notes the user may want to pass along.



  • Once all Service Pick-Up tasks have been completed, the user should see this screen stating "Service pickup appointment has been successfully completed".



  • If the user cancelled and was unable to complete the appointment, the user should see the screen below.






AGENT DASHBOARD - SERVICE DROP OFF


For Service Drop-Off the user will also have a list of guided tasks to complete.


The first task to complete is "Confirm VIN"

  • For this task just as the user did with Pick-Up, the user will confirm that the correct VIN is listed for this vehicle.
  • If the vehicles VIN matches what is listed the user should click "Confirm".
  • If the vehicles VIN does not match what is listed, click "Update" to update the listed VIN.





The second task to complete is "Customer Vehicle Inspection"

  • The user should click "Open Form" which will take the user to the "Dealer Vehicle Inspection form".
  • In this form the user should notate the condition of the vehicle, any existing damage to the vehicle, as well as any personal items left in the vehicle.




The third task to complete is "Agent Depart"

  • Once the user has swiped "Start" in the Doppler Agent App the user should click "Yes".

The seventh and final task to complete is "Complete Appointment"

  • The user should click "Yes" once the user has swiped "Successful" in the Doppler Agent App.




  • Once all Service Drop-Off tasks have been completed the user should see this screen stating "Service drop-off appointment has been successfully completed".





  • If the user cancelled and was unable to complete the appointment, the user should see the screen below.
