11.3 Navigating to the Customer's Location

This article refers to the process of navigating to the customer's location to pick up their vehicle for their Service Appointment. The Doppler Agent App conveniently links to the default navigation app that you currently use on your mobile device. 


Navigating to the Customer's Location


1. In the Task Details screen of the Doppler Agent App, click on the black arrow that is located next to the customer's location address.



2. Your phone's default navigation app will launch and you can begin your drive to the customer's location. The Doppler Agent App must remain active as you navigate to your destination.
