11.4 Chat With Us

This article explains the Chat With Us feature of the Doppler Agent App. This tool allows Customers and Agents to communicate securely through the app while masking the phone number of all parties. 


Chat With Us


1. Once you have swiped to start the Task, the customer(s) can contact you via Chat. 


2. To view and respond to inbound messages, tap the Menu button in the top left corner of your home screen. 



3. In the expanded menu, tap Chat with us to view your inbound messages.



4. Tap on the conversation to open the Chat.



5. With the Chat open, you can respond to the customer.
