11.7 Agent Feedback Pick-Up Survey

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to complete the Agent Feedback Pick-Up Survey.


Agent Feedback Pick-Up Survey


1. Once the vehicle has been checked in to the dealership for the Service Appointment, go back to the Service Valet Dashboard in the Doppler Agent App and tap on the button that says Agent Feedback Pick-Up Survey to launch the Form.



2. Fill out all fields of the Agent Feedback Pick-Up Survey and tap Finish when complete.



a. Enter any details about what the customer liked about the Service Pick-Up experience.



b. Was there anything that the customer wanted more information about? Enter those details here.

c. Enter the reason that the customer chose to book a Service Pick-Up.

d. Select yes if the customer had any special instructions. Select no if not.



e. If you answered yes to the previous question, enter the details here.

f. Select yes if the customer requested a Vehicle Drop-Off Appointment. Select no if not.

g. Select the type of location that you took the vehicle to meet the customer for the test drive.




h. Enter yes if the Drive Agent App provided accurate location information for the customer. Select no if not.

i. Select the option closest to the time it took for the vehicle inspection to be completed.

j. If the customer gave any indication that he/she was not satisfied with the Service Pick-Up for any reason, enter the details here.



k. - n. Use your mobile device to capture and upload any photos or videos taken.

o. Tap Finish when you have completed the Form.
