10.8 Post-Drive Agent Survey

This article explains how to complete the Post-Drive Agent Survey. Your feedback is extremely important to the success of the program.


After the Appointment


1. Once the Task has been completed and you have departed from the customer's location, take a few minutes to fill out the Post-Drive Agent Survey. In the Doppler Agent App, go back to the Test Drive Dashboard and tap the button that says Post Drive Agent Survey to launch the Survey. 



2. Completely fill out the Survey. Be sure to answer every question accurately, with as much detail as possible. Click Finish when you have completed the Survey.



a. Based on any feedback provided by the customer, describe what they liked about the vehicle that they took for a test drive. 



b. Was there anything that the customer wanted more information about? Enter those details here.

c. Answer yes if the customer indicated they were looking at more than one vehicle. Answer no if they were not.

d. If the customer indicated that they were looking at more than one vehicle, enter the make and model of the other vehicle that they were looking at.



e. Rate the customer's readiness to buy on a scale of 1-5, 1 being someone who was just looking for more information and 5 being a definite sale.

f. Select the type of location that you took the vehicle to meet the customer for the test drive.



g. Answer yes if the customer prefered to drive by themselves. Answer no if they prefered that you went with them on the test drive.

h. Indicate the type of route that the customer decided to take during their test drive.

i. If you answered Other to the previous question, enter details here.



j. If there was any moment during the test drive or any specific feature that made the customer absolutely love the vehicle, enter those details here.

k. If the customer brought anything or anyone with them for the test drive, enter those details here.

l. Enter the approximate length of the time the customer was actually driving the car during the test drive.

m. If the customer gave any indication that he/she was not satisfied with the drive experience for any reason, enter the details here.



n. - q. Upload any pictures or video that you took during the test drive.

r. Tap Finish when you have completed the Form.
