11.6 Post Pick-Up Agent Dealership Vehicle Inspection Form

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to complete the Post Pick-Up Agent Dealership Vehicle Inspection Form.


Dealership Arrival Action: Post Pick-Up Agent Dealership Vehicle Inspection Form


1. Once you have arrived at the dealership with the customer's vehicle, go to the Service Valet Dashboard in the Doppler Agent App and tap on the button that says Post Pick-Up Agent Dealership Vehicle Inspection to launch the Form.


2. Completely fill out all fields of the Post Pick-Up Agent Dealership Vehicle Inspection Form and tap Finish when done.



a. - b. Enter the Dealership Representative's first and last names as specified.



c. Select yes if the Dealership has confirmed the vehicle make, model and VIN. Select no if they have not.

d. Select yes if the Dealership has confirmed the exterior condition of the vehicle as reported by the customer. Select no if they have not.

e. Select yes if the Dealership has confirmed the interior condition of the vehicle as reported by the customer. Select no if they have not.



f. Select yes if the Dealership's assessment of the vehicle's condition is different than the customer's. Select no if it is not.

g. If you answered yes to the previous question, enter the details here.

h. If applicable, use your mobile device to capture and upload a picture of the details entered in the previous field.




i. - j. If applicable, use your mobile device to capture and upload additional images of any conditions that the Dealership feels are different than what the customer reported.



k. Select Confirm if the Dealership accepts the vehicle. Select Decline if not.



l. Have the Dealership Representative sign here.

m. Select yes if the Dealership rejects the vehicle for any reason. Select no if they accept it.



n. If you answered yes to the previous question, provide details here.

o. If the vehicle was rejected, select yes if the customer is aware of the rejection. Select no if not.

p. Tap Finish when you have completed the Form.


3. Verify that the vehicle has been checked in with the dealership.
