3.12 Linking Service Pick-Up and Drop-Off Appointments

This article explains how to link Service Pick-up and Service Drop-off Appointments together in the Doppler Platform.

Linking Service Pick-Up and Drop-Off Appointments

1. In the Doppler Platform, you can link a Service Drop-off Appointment with a Service Pick-up when you are creating the Service Pick-up Appointment. 

2. In Screen 2 of the New Appointment creation, check the box in the bottom righthand portion of the screen that says Customer would like to request drop-off service as well.

3. After you have finished entering all of the necessary information to create the Service Pick-up Appointment, you will see a popup with a summary of the Appointment Details. Click on the button in the bottom righthand corner of the popup that says Add Drop-Off. 

4. You will be directed to another new Appointment creation popup, which will have Service Drop-Off selected. Some of the Appointment details will have been automatically filled in based on the information you entered into the Service Pick-up Appointment.
