3.18 Activity Details View

This article explains the Activities tab in the Appointment Details page of the Doppler Platform.


Activity Details


1. In the Appointment Details page of the Doppler Platform, you can access Activities by clicking on the Activities tab in the horizontal navigation bar in the middle of the page.



2. The Activities tab contains the following:

a.a. A dropdown menu to sort the data in the table below
b. b. The Activity ID is a unique identifier that is automatically assigned to each activity
c.c. The Activity Type column shows the type of Appointment the Activity belongs to
d. d. The Status of the Activity
e.e. The Model of the vehicle
f. f. The Pickup Agent column displays the name of the Pickup Agent (when available)
g. g. The Pickup Depart column displays the time stamp of when the Agent Departs (when available)
h.h. The Pickup column displays the date and time of the pickup
i.i. Use the scrollbar to scroll to the right to view the remaining columns
j.j. The Pickup Return column displays the time stamp of when the vehicle was picked up to return to the customer (when available)
k.k. The Agent Status column indicates whether an Agent has been assigned to the Activity or not
