Managers have access to User Management through the Doppler Platform: https://admin.dopplerdrives.com/login

  

Roles

Dispatcher

Make and Manage Appointments in Doppler Platform

  • Create, Change, and Delete Appointments 
  • Confirm that each Appointment Task has been Accepted by the Agent
  • View Hub Schedule
AgentFacilitate the Scheduled Appointments
  • Accept Appointments in the Doppler Agent App
  • File Forms Before, During, and After Appointments in the Doppler Agent App
  • No Access to the Doppler Platform
Manager
Access to User Management
  • Add and Delete Users
  • Add Hub to User

  

User Management Tab

In the Doppler Platform, User Management Tab will be on the left hand side.


Add New User

Under the User Tab in the User Management channel

Click on the + button down at the bottom right of the screen to add a New User


New User Information

Enter User Information and Select Role of User



Enter User Settings

A. Activity TypeSelect if this Agent will be facilitating Sales, Service, or ReDelivery appointments
B. Agent TypeSelect "Dealer Agent" if they Agent works for your dealership
C. HubClick in the dropdown to find your dealership
D. Shift SelectionClick on days of the weeks that the Agent will be facilitating appointments



Add or Remove Roles



Confirm Agent Information



Receive Confirmation that User was added successfully



This is the email notification the User will receive to create their password:



By clicking "Create Password" from the email notification, the User will be taken to this webpage to create their Doppler password:


Password Update Confirmation:




Update/Edit /Disable User Settings

Click on View Details of the User you would like to update


Click on Edit dropdown

User Details (Name, Email, Phone Number) User Settings (Hub, Shift Schedule, etc)


Resend Email Notification or Password Creation link to User:


Add Agent Schedule

Select User Management on Doppler Menu. Click on Agent Schedule 


Agents will need a schedule. The days that they are available to facilitate an appointment. Doppler Platform will auto assign appointments to AVAILABLE Agents, so it is important to have a current schedule for all Agents. 

Example: Hub timeslots are Monday-Friday, however Agent only works Mon-Wed. Agent schedule will need to reflect that they are only available Monday-Wednesday so that they will not be assigned appointments on Thursday or Friday.

Dispatchers  and Managers need a schedule.


Find Agents to Update Schedule:

Search Hub Names, select Hub that the Agent will facilitate appointments.

Once Hub is selected, the hours of operation will display on right side of the screen and the Agents currently assign to the Hub will appear below: 


A. Agent Scheduler TabSelect Tab to view User Schedule
B. HubSelect your Hub from the dropdown
C. Business HoursDays and times of timeslots for the Hub
D. Hub AgentsCurrent Agents for the Hub
E. ActivityTest Drive, Service Pick Up, Service Drop Off
F.Agent ScheduleDays that Agents are Available (Scheduled)




A. Business HoursHub Timeslots
B. AvailableAgent is NOT Available, but there are Hub timeslots
C. ScheduledAgent is available for the Hub Timeslots
D. IssueAgent is scheduled, but there are No Hub Timeslots
