3.17 Appointment Details View

This article expains the different components of the Appointment Details page of the Doppler Platform.

Appointment Details

1. To access the Appointment Details page in the Doppler Platform, go to the Appointments page and click on the specific Appointment in the calendar to bring up the details summary popup.

2. Click on the View Details button inside the popup to go to the Appointment Details page.

3. The Appointments Details page contains the following:

a.	a. A back button to navigate back to the Appointments page
b.	b. A button to assign an Agent to the Appointment
c.	c. An Edit button to modify the Appointment
d.	d. A Cancel Appointment button to cancel the Appointment
e.	e. A full view of the Appointment Details
f.	f. A navigation bar with tabs that control the display below it
g.	i. A list of items containing data that corresponds with the tabs above it
