10.9 Vehicle Check-In Form

This article refers to the process of returning the vehicle to the dealership and filling out the Vehicle Check-In Form. Step-by-step instructions on how to complete the Vehicle Check-In Form are included.


Returning the Vehicle to the Dealership


1. When you return to the dealership with the vehicle, you will need to complete the Vehicle Check-In Form. In the Doppler Agent App, go back to the Test Drive Dashboard and tap the button that says Vehicle Check-In to launch the Form. 



2. Completely fill out all fields of the Vehicle Check-In Form and then click Finish.



a. Enter only the last 6 digits of the vehicle's VIN.

b. Enter the mileage from the vehicle's odometer.

c. Select the option that is closest to the vehicle's fuel level.



d. - f. Confirm that the Vehicle Registration, Owner's Manual and Monroney are all present in the vehicle. Answer yes or no for each question.



g. Select the option that best describes the overall condition of the vehicle.

h. Use your mobile device to capture and upload a clear picture of the front of the vehicle.

i. Use your mobile device to capture and upload a clear picture of the driver's side of the vehicle.




j. Use your mobile device to capture and upload a clear picture of the passenger's side of the vehicle.

k. Use your mobile device to capture and upload a clear picture of the rear of the vehicle.

l. Answer yes if there is any visible damage to the exterior of the vehicle, none if there is not.

m. Enter a detailed description of any damage that you see to the exterior of the vehicle. If there is none, enter N/A.

n. Use your mobile device to capture ad upload a clear picture of the front of the vehicle.



o. - q. Use your mobile device to capture and upload clear pictures of each part of the vehicle as described.

r. Check the interior of the vehicle and answer yes if there is any damage or none if there is no damage.



s. Enter in detail any damage that you found on the interior. If there is none, enter N/A.

t. - v. Use your mobile device to capture and upload clear pictures of any damage to the interior of the vehicle.



w. If there are any other issues that require immediate attention, answer yes. If no issues, answer no.

x. If you answered yes to the previous question, describe the issue in detail. If you answered no, enter N/A.

y. If applicable, use your mobile device to capture and upload a clear image of the issue described.



z. Enter the name of the Dealer Representative

aa. The Dealer Representative must sign inside this box. Use the Clear Signature button to clear the box and sign again if necessary.



bb. Enter your name here.

cc. Sign your name here.

dd. Tap Finish when you have completely filled out the Form.
