2.1 Dealer Insights

The Doppler Insights Reports are available in the Doppler Platform to Dispatch Users. Based on the user’s role, the user will see one or both of the links below:

  • Service – Displays analytics data for Pickup and Dropoff appointments
  • Test Drive – Displays analytics data for Test Drive appointments


The Insights links are available by clicking Insights from the vertical navigation bar on the left side of the page in the Doppler Platform.

These reports provide detailed analytics data based on Booked and Completed appointment in the two Doppler Service areas.


Users will only have access to the data for their specific dealership. Users with access to multiple dealerships will be able to select which dealerships they wish to see data for.


Service Insights


1. The Service Insights Report is broken up into 4 pages, that are accessible via the sub-navigation bar at the top of the Service Reports page. These pages include: Completed Appointments, Agent Insights, Customer Insights, and the Appointment Summary. Navigate to each Report page by clicking on the appropriate button.

2. All Report pages will have a filter bar just below the sub-navigation bar. These filters will vary based on report but generally can be used to filter down data down geographically (for users with cross-region access), by appointment type, by dealership, and by appointment date.


3. The “Reset all filters” link can be used to Reset the pages to their original default filtering settings.

Completed Appointments Page


This page is broken down into the 3 visuals:

  • Appointments by Type – the number of completed appointments that were either Pickup or Dropoff. Total completed appointments will be reflected by the number in the center of the chart
  • Appointments by dealership – this is useful for users with access to multiple dealerships to get a snapshot of the number of completed appointments by dealership
  • Appointments by date – this visual shows the number of appointments by the date

 

Agent Insights


Shows detailed data based on the information collected during the appointment including the following:

  • Duration – how long the customer vehicle inspection lasted
  • Participation Reasons – comments from customers on why they used the service
  • Participation likes – comments from customers on what they liked about the service
  • Model Year – the model year for the vehicle that was brought in for service
  • Vehicles by Brand/Model – the ability to see the brand and models that were serviced

 

Customer Insights


Displays detailed data based on the survey that the customer completed after the appointment.

  • Influence of the Pickup/Dropoff services on the customer choosing the dealership for their service appointment
  • Overall rating of experience satisfaction
  • Whether the customer had been to the dealership prior to this experience
  • Likelihood to recommend the dealership based on this experience
  • Comments about the dealership
  • Additional comments about the Service experience

 

Appointment Summary


Displays detailed information on both Booked (upcoming) and Completed appointments.

  • Status showing total number of booked and completed appointments in the platform for the dealership
  • Bookings (upcoming appointments) by type – either pickup or dropoff
  • Appointments by date (displays both completed and upcoming appointments)
  • Geographic spread of the booked and completed appointments

 

Test Drive Insights


1. The Test Drive Insights Report is broken up into 3 pages, that are accessible via the sub-navigation bar at the top of the Test Drive Reports page.

  • Whether the available timeslots for test drive appointments matched expectations
  • Whether the ease of scheduling met expectations
  • If the participant was able to reserve the vehicle of their choice for the test drive
  • Reasons the consumer participated in the test drive experience
  • Current participant vehicle by make/model


Completed Appointments


Displays detailed information on completed appointments:

  • Participants by type, broken down into primary drivers and guests
  • Participants by dealership – count of total test drive participants by dealership
  • Participants by date – count of total test drive participants by date
