3.28 Second Delivery Program

Step 1: To create an appointment, click on the plus button at the bottom right of the calendar. This will pull up two icons. Click on the KEY ICON to launch the appointment creation screens.


Step 2: Select campaign (Nissan at Home - Second Delivery) using the drop down arrow. Then enter customer location for appointment. 


When you click "Next", the platform will automatically verify the address using Google Maps. If the address can not be verified, you will receive a pop up warning. Edit the address if needed, or bypass if you have confirmed the address is correct.



Step 3: Select Hub (Dealership) by using the dropdown. Then select the date and timeslot that will work best for customer. Only available timeslots will be shown. Confirm date and time under schedule details with customer. Click "Next"



Step 4: Enter customer VIN and click "Verify VIN".  The 17 digit VIN is required to create the appointment as the Second Delivery program eligibility is VIN and Trim specific. This will pull up features specific to that vehicle model.



 


Step 5: Select up to 5 features that will be discussed during the appointment. Features offered are specific to the VIN or vehicle description entered in the previous step


Topics selected for the appointment will appear at the top of the Feature Selection list. These options can be edited by clicking the "x".


Step 6: Enter customer name and contact information. Customer will need to select communication preferences by selecting either Email, SMS text messaging, or Both.

Click on all of active customer accounts.

Agent Notes would be any information that will help Agent locate customer the day of the appointment.

Appointment Details are notes that might help the Agent facilitate the appointment (ie., VIP customer).


Step 7: Review and confirm appointment details. Click the "Edit" button to the right of the information that may need to be updated. 

Once information is confirmed, click "Schedule". 


Click "Previous" or "Cancel" at any point it is needed while creating the appointment.
