3.16 Customer Notifications

This article explains the Customer Notifications tab in the Service Appointment Details page of the Doppler Platform.


Customer Notifications


1. In the Service Appointment Details page of the Doppler Platform, you can access Customer Notifications by clicking on the Sent Notifications tab in the horizontal navigation bar in the middle of the page.



2. Use the dropdown menus above the table to change how the table data is sorted.



3. In the table, you will see the following columns:





a.a. Notification ID - An ID that is automatically assigned to each Notification.
b.b. Activity Type - The type of Activity that the Notification is related to
c.c. Notification - The subject of the Notification
d.d. Type - The message type of the Notification
e.e. Sent at - The date and timeslot of the Notification
f.f. Action - The available action (i.e. click Resend to resend the Notification)
