SERVICE@HOME - Request a Service Pick-Up

SERVICE@HOME is an easy, efficient way for customers to book maintenance and service appointments online.
  • To request a Service Pick-Up From Home, the customer will enter their pickup location in the box below. 
  • The customer will then indicate whether they have an existing service appointment by clicking Yes or No. Note this is informational only.
  • The customer will then click NEXT in the red box in the bottom right hand corner.

  

  

  

Schedule

  • The customer will then choose what Date and Time they would like to request a Service Appointment on the Schedule page. 
  • The customer can filter times by Morning, Afternoon, Evening or All Times. 
  • Once the correct date and time have been selected, the customer will click NEXT in the red box in the bottom right hand corner.

  

  

  

Vehicle Information 

  • On this page the customer will have two options.
  • The first option is to enter the Brand, Model, Year, Trim, Estimated Mileage and what service the vehicle will need. 
  • The customer will then click the box to confirm that the vehicle is operational and can be driven to and from the dealership on public streets.
  • Once the vehicle information has been entered, the customer will click NEXT in the bottom right hand corner.  

      

    

    

  • Alternatively, the customer can click VIN and enter their vehicles VIN, Estimated Mileage and what service the vehicle will need. 
  • The customer will then click the box to confirm that the vehicle is operational and can be driven to and from the dealership on public streets.
  • Once the information has been entered, the customer will click NEXT in the bottom right hand corner.

    

    

    

Your Information

  • On the "Your Information" page, the customer will enter their Name, Email, Mobile number and any special instructions. 
  • The customer will also indicate whether they would like to receive text updates on the status of their appointment by clicking the box below.
  • Once all of the personal information is entered, the customer will click NEXT in the bottom right hand corner.

    

   

       

Review

  • The customer will then be taken to the confirmation page where they will review and confirm all of the requested appointment Details, as the example shown below. 
  • If all of the information is correct, the customer will click SUBMIT in the lower right hand corner.

  

  

  

Confirmation

  • The customer has then successfully scheduled their Service at Home appointment request. 
  • The request will be sent to the dealership for review and a representative will contact them shortly to discuss their service needs and confirm availability for the requested appointment date and time. 
  • The customer will also receive an email for their SERVICE@HOME appointment request confirmation.

  

  

  

Dealership Role: Appointment Review to Decline or Accept

  

The requested appointment will automatically flow into the Doppler Platform into a "Pending" status.  As shown below, using the filters is the recommended method to quickly identify these requests.

  

  

  

Opening the appointment will allow you to review the request in detail. The option to DECLINE or ACCEPT the request are the final step to complete the Service Appointment Pick-Up request.
